ABOUT US
The Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection (JCTR) is a faith-based organization and a ministry of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). The Centre was formed in 1988 and its existence anchors on translating into action Christian principles and values in a quest to promote social justice in Zambia.
JCTR provides from a faith-inspired perspective, a critical understanding of current social, political, and economic issues and generates action to address them. Key to JCTR’s work is the generation of evidence and undertaking of analysis of pertinent and topical issues to advocate for pro-poor policies, programmes, and practices aimed at promoting good governance and economic development that address poverty and inequalities in Zambia.
